When you buy any product from BioSeptic, you can rest assured that your system remains in expert hands. We know that the installation of your AWTS is just the start, not the end of our commitment to you. Keeping the system at its top performance is our main priority. That’s why, when you purchase a waste water treatment system, the first year’s service is included in the final price. But what about after the 12-month period expires? Don’t worry, we will still be on hand to keep your AWTS in great condition and deal with any servicing and repair issues that may arise.

Keeping your AWTS in perfect working order

To ensure that your AWTS keeps working at top performance, the NSW health authority requires that the system is serviced every three months. Our qualified team of service technicians will come to you and carry out an extensive series of checks and tests to keep everything in perfect working order. With over 20 years’ experience in the business, we understand how our systems work better than anyone, so we are able to quickly and cost-effectively solve any issues without fuss.

A standard service will check all the appropriate components and test that the AWTS is working as it should, including testing the clarity and PH of the water, the condition of all the pipes and hoses, and the chlorine level.
